Right now I’m working on my next book, which doesn’t have a title yet. This is the first book in the Amish Mail Order Bride series. While I have the main characters’ names all picked out: Zeb, Zeke, Amanda, and Darla, I need some ideas for secondary characters. They’ll need to be names that the Amish would use, so biblical and old-fashioned names are the best bet. I need both male and female names.
Here’s where you come in. Suggest a name in the BLOG comments, and next week I’ll narrow the list down to the top four male and female names and open it up for a vote. The most popular names will be given to secondary characters in my book. I’ll also randomly choose someone from the comments to win an autographed copy of An Amish Reunion, featuring my story A Chance to Remember. I’ll only be taking suggestions in the blog comments, so if you’re seeing this on Facebook, make sure to comment here, not on FB. That will help me keep track of names.
Comments are moderated (because of spam issues) so if you don’t see your comment right away, don’t worry. It will show up soon.
Thanks for your help. I can’t wait to see what y’all come up with!
