On November 2 I had the exciting opportunity to sign copies of An Amish Christmas Bakery at Arkansas Yarn Co!
An Amish Christmas Bakery, along with angels and a star ornament I crocheted out of Arkansas Yarn Co. yarn. Lorri Ann sells her own hand-dyed yarn, along with other brands of yarns. The pink yarn is Rose Gold, her signature color.
Lorri Ann Helberg and her daughter Jessica hosted not only the book signing, but also the kick-off of their charity project–collecting donations of handmade hats, scarves, gloves, and other cold-weather clothing. The donations will benefit the Hot Spring County Homeless Coalition. Here are some photos from the event.

Lorri Ann has a beautiful store. As you can see people were shopping for yarn and also sitting in the common area in the middle of the store, knitting and visiting.
Treats in the Arkansas Yarn Co. classroom. I brought cookies from Cabot Cake and Cafe. They were delicious!
I had a great set up in the corner of the store near the window!
Ready to sign!

I had a wonderful time signing books and meeting everyone. A big thank you to Lorri Ann and Jessica for graciously hosting me and for their generosity to the community. If you’re in the Malvern area, stop by Arkansas Yarn Co and say hello. 🙂
